Jake Polvi innovates to maximize the value of his clients’ investments. With an extensive background in commercial, lodging, land and agricultural real estate, Jake has owned, developed and managed various land, office and industrial investment properties. He created the Center of Sustainability, a consulting and strategic alliances business that helps clients implement and prosper from environmentally conscious and economically sound business practices.
As a former member of the Oregon State Energy Council and a Board Director of the Oregon Climate Trust, Jake also has a broad experience with large scale energy development. He is a LEED Accredited professional and graduate of Oregon State University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.
Jake is well versed in all aspects of real estate and often focuses on helping investors purchase and operate unique lodging, land and agricultural investments.
He is currently involved in the operations of several high value agricultural properties, commercial greenhouse farming, and luxury developments in the Hawaiian Islands, as well as numerous large land investment properties including recreational, timberland, farm and ranch properties in the Pacific Northwest.
